Torq/Lite® standard sub sea tool range incorporates a combined body and bridge, lifting eye bolt, 30 mm piston stroke, 1500 bar operating pressure, twin hydraulic connections, a maximum piston stroke indicator and a split reaction nut. Lower cost solid reaction nuts are also available. These tools are fitted with composite material high pressure seals which clip into place and require no adjustment.

All Torq/Lite® tools are assembled, filled with oil and pressure tested prior to despatch. They are also designed to conform to the European Pressure Equipment Directive and where required are CE marked. Torq/Lite® tools are supplied with a comprehensive Health & Safety Operating and Maintenance Instruction Manual.

Standard tools are fitted with two self sealing quick connectors. This can be either two nipples or one coupling and one nipple. Customer should specify when ordering.

This higher oil delivery, air driven hydraulic pump is mounted in a tubular stainless steel transportable frame. The pack is supplied complete with, air inlet connector, air filter, air pressure regulator, air lubricator, air pressure gauge, air pressure limit valve, pump on/off control, oil reservoir, oil pressure release valve, oil pressure gauge, gauge guard, air/hydraulic pump and high pressure oil outlet through a self sealing quick connect coupling. TL-1507 is a higher oil flow rate pump designed for use with all Torq/Lite® 1500 bar tooling where speed of operation is essential. Especially useful when using multiple large tools.
